With further easing expected of current Covid restrictions, just what should you be doing now to help your customers back into your brick and mortar stores? Check out the various steps that you can take below.
No. 1: Update, update, update
Go through the contact information on your website, all social media platforms, and any business listing that you may have – such as Google my Business – and ensure that they are up to date.
Phone numbers, opening hours, email addresses, everything, and anything that would allow your customers to reach you and understand what is open and when.
No. 2: Showcase that you are open
If you have a brick-and-mortar store and you are back open then make sure you shout about it.
Whether it is via a banner on your home page and/or posts on your social media channels. Showcase that you are open and ready for your customers to visit.
No. 3: Don’t forget those at home
Whilst lockdown is easing, there are still individuals who are remaining cautious or who have been advised to remain at home. Keep up with your online marketing and ensure that individuals can still purchase from you online with a variety of delivery options to suit.
And last but not least. No. 4: Keep Safe
Whilst Covid restrictions are easing, it's not all over yet. Ensure that you and your team are keeping both the team and the customers safe with whatever the requirements are for your sector and location.
