Once again we are starting to see lockdown lifting, from lockdown 3.0. Whilst not much has changed from the last time we lifted lockdown it certainly feels a lot more positive.
Whilst we are far from ‘normal’ there is a glimmer of hope.
If you run a brick and mortar store then how is the time to check the latest in the reopening plan and ensure that you have what you need to have in place for when you can re-open.
As mentioned in our last ‘Lockdown Lifting’ blog post (click here to view), its important that you consider the various different types of shoppers you are going to contend with and ensure that you don’t polarise any specific group.
Listen to your customers and reflect your answer the right way on your website and social media channels to help encourage them back into your shop.
Whilst it's very difficult to say what the future will hold when it comes to Coronavirus (and the team here at Digital Nachos would never want to speculate) it's important to take the time now to consider how you see the future of your own business.
Think about particular triumphs you have had throughout the past 12 months. Did you run a successful online offer? Was there a particular type of social posting that gained a lot of traction? Have you made any changes to your operation which has left you wondering why you didn’t do this years ago?
Is there a way of making those triumphs happen again? Are their things that you can do to build on these triumphs?
And more importantly, think about the difficult aspects that you may have had over the last 12 months. Did your website hold you back and if so then what can be done about it going forward? Did your current admin system hold you back and if so then why did it hold you back and are their changes that can be made? Where customers demanding something that was hard to fulfil in a timely manner, if so then what was it and is there still a demand worth filling now?
You may find that there are technical changes you can make to your website, admin system and features that will enable you to take your business to anything level and give it greater flexibility in the future. If so then make sure you contact the team here at Digital Nachos as we can assist you and your business.
